📋 Please read carefully

Rules & regulations

  1. The contest is open to children aged 2 to 14 years (as on 14 November 2026) from any school in and around Ballarpur. Proof of age may be asked for.
  2. Entry fee is ₹101 (one hundred and one rupees) per child, payable by UPI to “CREATIVE MINDS” (UPI ID x8okb2csq9dq@mahb, Bank of Maharashtra) using the QR code on this page. The fee is non-refundable.
  3. After paying, enter the 12-digit UTR / UPI reference number in the registration form. The Special Code is given at once; the school checks every payment with the bank, and an entry whose payment is not found will be cancelled.
  4. Theme: “मेरे सपनों का बल्लारपुर – My Dream Ballarpur”. The drawing must show the child's own idea of a dream town.
  5. The drawing must be the child's own original work. Parents may encourage but must not draw or colour for the child. Traced, printed or copied drawings will be disqualified.
  6. Any drawing sheet may be used (A4 or A3 recommended). Any medium is allowed – crayons, colour pencils, sketch pens, oil pastels or water colours.
  7. Write the Special Code clearly on the drawing sheet (on the back, top corner), along with the child’s name, age and school. Drawings without a valid Special Code will not be judged.
  8. Only one entry per child. Submit the drawing at the Crescent Public School office, Ballarpur on or before 10 November 2026 during school hours. Late entries will not be accepted.
  9. Drawings will not be returned. Crescent Public School may print or publish any entry (in the Children's Calendar 2027, on the website and on social media) with the child's name.
  10. Prizes: 20 sports watches, 20 colouring kits, 10 merit certificates (printed, presented at the calendar opening ceremony), top 12 drawings in the Children's Calendar 2027, and an e-certificate for every participant. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
  11. Results will be announced on 14 November 2026 (Children's Day) at the school fun fair. e-Certificates will be sent on the registered WhatsApp number.
  12. The organisers may change the dates, prizes or rules if needed; any change will be announced on this page.
Jury's decision is final

The decision of the jury will be final and binding on all participants. No appeal, correspondence or request for review will be entertained.

Can a child from another school take part?

Yes! Children from any school – or not yet in school – aged 2 to 14 can take part.

Where do I find the UTR number?

Open the payment in your UPI app. Google Pay shows it as “UPI transaction ID”, PhonePe as “UTR”, Paytm as “UPI Ref. No.” – it is a 12-digit number.

What do I do with the Special Code?

Write it on the back of the drawing sheet, top corner. The jury sees only the code, and the results are matched to your child by it.

Do I need to upload the drawing?

No. Register and pay online, then hand in the drawing at the Crescent Public School office by 10 November.

I paid but the form shows an error.

Please WhatsApp the payment screenshot with your child’s name to 93256 17647 – we will complete the registration for you.

When will I get the e-certificate?

After the results on 14 November, on your registered WhatsApp number.
